ScreenFlow خدمة لإدارة شاشات العرض الرقمية للمؤسسات. يتيح تطبيق الإدارة للمستخدمين المصرح لهم إدارة المؤسسة ورفع المحتوى وتصميمه وجدولته ونشره. ScreenFlow Player هو تطبيق Android المثبت على الشاشة أو الجهاز المتصل بها. يدير مسؤول المؤسسة محتواها وصلاحيات الوصول، ويتولى مشغل الخدمة بيانات الحساب والخدمة. قد يحتوي محتوى المؤسسة على بيانات شخصية توفرها المؤسسة.
بيانات تطبيق الإدارة
تعالج الخدمة البريد الإلكتروني والاسم الظاهر ومعرف الحساب وعضويات المؤسسات والأدوار التي تقدمها أو ينشئها المسؤول. وتعالج بيانات المصادقة ورموز الجلسات لتسجيل الدخول الآمن. ترفع الملفات التي تختارها صراحة، مثل الصور والفيديو والصوت والمستندات، مع بيانات الملف الوصفية. وتعالج التصاميم وقوائم التشغيل والجداول ومواقع المؤسسات والموافقات والإجراءات الإدارية لتشغيل مساحة العمل. قد تتضمن سجلات التشغيل والأمان معرفات الطلبات والحسابات والأوقات وعناوين IP ومعلومات الأخطاء.
بيانات البلاير
يستخدم البلاير المرتبط هوية تثبيت فريدة وشهادة جهاز ومعرفات المؤسسة والشاشة المسندة إليه وإصدار التطبيق وأبعاد العرض واتجاهه وقدراته المدعومة. ينزل المحتوى المسند وبيانات الإصدارات الموقعة إلى ذاكرة محلية. ويرسل حالة الاتصال والمزامنة والإصدار المطلوب والمطبق ومعلومات صحة الجهاز المدعومة ونتائج الأوامر وأحداث إثبات التشغيل. تصف هذه الأحداث تشغيل المحتوى، لا هوية الأشخاص الذين يشاهدون الشاشة. قد يجمع المحتوى التفاعلي الاختياري معلومات يدخلها الزائر صراحة؛ وعلى المؤسسة التي توفره توضيح غرضها وطريقة معالجتها. تعتمد إجراءات التشخيص ولقطات الشاشة على قدرات الجهاز ويتحكم بها المسؤول.
الكاميرا والملفات وأذونات الجهاز
يطلب تطبيق الإدارة إذن الكاميرا عند اختيار مسح رمز QR لربط الشاشة، ولا يرفع معاينة الكاميرا ضمن الربط. يستخدم الوصول للصور أو الملفات للعناصر التي تختار رفعها؛ ويمكن رفض الإذن واستخدام رمز ربط يدوي. يستخدم البلاير الإنترنت ويمنع إطفاء شاشته الظاهرة أثناء التشغيل. يصاحب التشغيل الأمامي إشعار خدمة Android عندما يطلب نظام التشغيل ذلك. تطبق أدوات وضع الكشك فقط على الأجهزة المُجهزة صراحة للإدارة. قد يستخدم الانتقال المدعوم إلى تطبيق YouTube إذن المنبه الدقيق للعودة إلى البلاير؛ ومن دون هذه القدرة لا يعرض كميزة مدعومة. لا تطلب التطبيقات الوصول لجهات الاتصال أو الرسائل النصية أو تسجيل الميكروفون أو موقع GPS للجهاز في الإعدادات التي تمت مراجعتها.
أغراض معالجة المعلومات
تستخدم المعلومات للتحقق من المستخدمين وتطبيق صلاحيات المؤسسات وتسليم المحتوى المسند وعرضه واستمرار التشغيل دون اتصال ومزامنة الأجهزة وتسجيل إثبات التسليم والتشغيل وتوفير التقارير المطلوبة ومعالجة الأعطال وحماية الخدمة والرد على استفسارات الخصوصية. لا تتضمن تبعيات التطبيقات التي تمت مراجعتها شبكة إعلانات أو جمع المعرف الإعلاني. تعد أحداث التشغيل وسجلات التدقيق سجلات وظيفية؛ ولا تعني أن التطبيق لا يجمع أي معلومات استخدام.
مقدمو الخدمة والمحتوى الخارجي
يمكن لأعضاء المؤسسة المصرح لهم الوصول إلى المعلومات حسب أدوارهم. يعالج مقدمو البنية الأساسية والتخزين ومعالجة الوسائط وتسليم الشبكة والهوية المعلومات اللازمة لتشغيل الخدمة حسب إعداداتها. عندما تختار المؤسسة محتوى خارجيًا مثل YouTube أو صفحة ويب، يتلقى المزود الطلبات ومعلومات الجهاز والشبكة اللازمة لتحميله وقد يطبق سياسة خصوصيته. يختلف المحتوى الخارجي عن رفع ملف محلي.
الحماية والتخزين المحلي
تستخدم اتصالات الخدمة نقلًا مشفرًا في إعدادات الإنتاج. تحفظ بيانات تجديد جلسة الإدارة في التخزين الآمن للنظام، ولا يحفظ التطبيق الذي تمت مراجعته كلمة المرور. تستخدم مفاتيح هوية البلاير Android Keystore. قد يبقى المحتوى المسند وأحداث التشغيل غير المرسلة على الجهاز المرتبط لدعم الاستخدام دون اتصال. يلزم تفويض المؤسسة على الخادم؛ ولا يمنح الوصول إلى مؤسسة تصريحًا للوصول إلى أخرى. لا تلغي أي وسيلة حماية كل المخاطر؛ وتؤثر أيضًا تحديثات النظام وأمان الجهاز وصلاحيات المسؤول.
الاحتفاظ والحذف
نحتفظ ببيانات الحساب والمؤسسة طالما كان الحساب أو المؤسسة نشطًا. بعد التحقق من طلب حذف الحساب، يُحذف الحساب والبيانات الشخصية المرتبطة به خلال 30 يومًا، بما في ذلك النسخ الاحتياطية التي تُستبدل وتُمحى خلال المدة نفسها. يتبع محتوى المؤسسة دورة حياة المؤسسة ويُحذف خلال 30 يومًا من إغلاقها. تُحذف سجلات الأمان والتدقيق اللازمة لحماية الخدمة أو تُجهَّل خلال المدة نفسها ما لم يفرض التزام قانوني مدة أطول.
الحساب وطلبات الخصوصية
استخدم مسار حذف الحساب في إعدادات حسابك أو صفحة الحذف العامة التي يوفرها المشغل. يوضح المسار التحقق من الهوية ونطاق الحذف وملكية محتوى المؤسسة واستثناءات الاحتفاظ المعلنة. ويمكنك الاستفسار من جهة الخصوصية عن الوصول والتصحيح والتصدير وحقوق الخصوصية المنطبقة.
طلب حذف الحسابالجمهور المقصود
تطبيق الإدارة والبلاير أدوات عمل للمشغلين المصرح لهم ومسؤولي أجهزة المؤسسات، وليسا مصممين كخدمة للأطفال. تتحمل المؤسسة مسؤولية جمهور محتواها وأذوناته وملاءمته وإشعارات خصوصية المعلومات التفاعلية التي تجمعها.

ScreenFlow Privacy Policy
Which applications this covers
ScreenFlow is a business digital-signage service. ScreenFlow Management lets authorized people manage their organization, upload content, design, schedule and publish. ScreenFlow Player is the Android application installed on a display or attached device. Organization administrators control their business content and access permissions; the service operator handles account and service data. Organization content may contain personal data supplied by that organization.
Data used by the management application
The service processes the email address, display name, account identifier, organization memberships and roles you provide or your administrator creates. It processes authentication credentials and session tokens to sign you in securely. Files you explicitly select, including images, videos, audio and documents, are uploaded with file metadata. Designs, playlists, schedules, organization locations, approvals, and administrative actions are processed to operate your workspace. Operational and security logs may include request identifiers, account identifiers, timestamps, IP addresses and error information.
Data used by the Player
A paired Player uses a unique installation identity and device certificate, its assigned organization and display identifiers, application version, display dimensions, orientation and supported capabilities. It downloads assigned content and signed release manifests into a local cache. It reports connection and synchronization state, desired and applied revisions, supported device-health information, command outcomes and proof-of-play events. These events describe content playback, not the identity of people looking at a screen. Optional interactive content can collect information that a visitor explicitly enters; the organization providing that content must disclose its own purpose and handling. Diagnostic or screenshot actions are capability-dependent and administrator-controlled.
Camera, selected files and device permissions
The management application requests camera access when you choose to scan a display-pairing QR code. It does not upload the camera preview as part of pairing. Photo or file access is used for items you select for upload; permission can be refused and a manual pairing code can be used. The Player uses internet access and keeps its visible display awake for playback. Foreground playback is accompanied by an Android service notification where required by the operating system. Managed-device kiosk controls apply only to explicitly provisioned devices. A supported native YouTube handoff may use special exact-alarm access to return to the Player; without that capability it is not presented as supported. These applications do not request access to your contacts, SMS, microphone recording or device GPS location in the reviewed configuration.
Why information is processed
Information is used to authenticate users, enforce organization permissions, deliver and display assigned content, preserve offline playback, synchronize devices, record delivery and playback evidence, provide requested reports, resolve faults, protect the service and respond to privacy inquiries. The reviewed app dependencies do not include an advertising network or advertising identifier collection. Operational evidence and audit records are functional records, not a claim that no usage information is collected.
Service providers and external content
Authorized organization members can access information according to their roles. Infrastructure, storage, media-processing, network-delivery and identity providers process information needed to operate the configured service. When your organization chooses external content, such as YouTube or an external web page, that provider receives the requests and device/network information needed to load it and may apply its own privacy policy. External content is not the same as uploading a local file.
Protection and local storage
Service communication uses encrypted transport in the production configuration. Management refresh credentials are held in platform secure storage; the reviewed application does not persist your password. Player identity keys use Android Keystore. Assigned media and pending operational evidence can remain on a paired device to support offline use. Server-side organization authorization is required; access to one organization is not permission to access another. No security measure removes all risk, and operating-system updates, device security and administrator permissions also matter.
Retention and deletion
Account and organization data is kept while the account or organization is active. After a verified account-deletion request, the account and its associated personal data are deleted within 30 days, including from backups, which are rotated and overwritten within the same 30-day period. Organization content follows the organization's own lifecycle and is deleted within 30 days after the organization is closed. Security and audit records needed to protect the service are deleted or anonymized within the same period unless a legal obligation requires longer retention.
Account and privacy requests
Use the account-deletion flow in your account settings or the public deletion resource provided by the operator. It explains identity verification, the scope of deletion, organization-content ownership and any disclosed retention exceptions. You can also ask the privacy contact about access, correction, export and applicable privacy rights.
Request account deletionIntended audience
The management and Player applications are business tools for authorized organization operators and device administrators. They are not designed as a service for children. An organization is responsible for the audience, permissions, appropriateness and privacy notices of content it displays or interactive information it collects.
