اطلب حذف حساب ScreenFlow والبيانات الشخصية المرتبطة به عبر البريد الإلكتروني. يمكنك استخدام هذه الصفحة دون تسجيل الدخول أو إعادة تثبيت التطبيق.
فتح الرسالة لا يرسل الطلب. راجع بريد حسابك ثم أرسل الرسالة من تطبيق البريد. إذا لم يفتح تطبيق البريد، انسخ العنوان أدناه إلى خدمة بريدك واستخدم عنوان الرسالة «طلب حذف حساب ScreenFlow».
اذكر بريد حسابك واطلب حذف الحساب والبيانات الشخصية المرتبطة به. لا ترسل كلمة المرور أو رموز الجلسات أو وثائق الهوية. يجب الاتفاق مع المشغل على خطوات التحقق من الهوية قبل التنفيذ.
بيانات الحساب والمؤسسة
تسجيل الخروج أو إلغاء الجلسة لا يحذف الحساب. لمحتوى المؤسسة ملكية ودورة احتفاظ منفصلتان. إذا كنت المالك الوحيد، اطلب المساعدة لنقل الملكية؛ لا يجوز أن يحذف طلب الحساب المؤسسة دون علمك. تحتاج المعلومات الشخصية داخل محتوى المؤسسة إلى مراجعة أيضًا.
نحتفظ ببيانات الحساب والمؤسسة طالما كان الحساب أو المؤسسة نشطًا. بعد التحقق من طلب حذف الحساب، يُحذف الحساب والبيانات الشخصية المرتبطة به خلال 30 يومًا، بما في ذلك النسخ الاحتياطية التي تُستبدل وتُمحى خلال المدة نفسها. يتبع محتوى المؤسسة دورة حياة المؤسسة ويُحذف خلال 30 يومًا من إغلاقها. تُحذف سجلات الأمان والتدقيق اللازمة لحماية الخدمة أو تُجهَّل خلال المدة نفسها ما لم يفرض التزام قانوني مدة أطول.
Request account deletion
Request deletion of your ScreenFlow account and associated personal data by email. You can use this page without signing in or reinstalling the app.
Opening a draft does not send a request. Check your account email, then send the message from your mail app. If no mail app opens, copy the address below into your email service and use the subject “ScreenFlow account deletion request”.
Include your account email and request deletion of the account and its associated personal data. Do not send your password, session tokens or identity documents. Identity verification steps must be agreed with the operator before processing.
Account and organization data
Signing out or revoking a session does not delete your account. Organization content has a separate ownership and retention lifecycle. If you are the only owner, ask for help arranging an ownership handoff; an account request must not silently delete the organization. Personal information inside organization content also needs review.
Account and organization data is kept while the account or organization is active. After a verified account-deletion request, the account and its associated personal data are deleted within 30 days, including from backups, which are rotated and overwritten within the same 30-day period. Organization content follows the organization's own lifecycle and is deleted within 30 days after the organization is closed. Security and audit records needed to protect the service are deleted or anonymized within the same period unless a legal obligation requires longer retention.
